3. LUGGAGES REGULATION WHEN ENTERING VIETNAM
3.1. Duty-free
✅Passengers:
- 1 liter of alcohol with alcohol by volume (ABV) of 22% or higher.
- 2 liters of alcohol with ABV of 22% or less.

4. EXIT PROCEDURES AND IMPORTANT NOTES
